YO people of Brooklyn, the surrounding boroughs, the Tri-State Area, infinity, and beyond:
Do you want a hair cut? Do you want a beer? Do you want to hang with some queers and talk shit? Do you not want any of these things but just want to be in the presence of some cuties? Well, we’ve got ya.
PHRESH CUTZ is a spot for queers and friends of all kinds to kick it with like-minded individuals over drinks and beats while also tightening up their look for the coming fall season.
WHAT:
The last outdoor party of the late great summer 2012, featuring:
Fresh cuts (long, short, and everywhere in between)
Fresh tracks (Shilpeezy, aka Lady BANGBANG of Washington, DC)
Booze (beer and bar)
Food (vegan and non-vegan options abounds!)
…and friends (old and new)!
Cover: $7/2 drinks, $10/2 drinks + haircut

WHO:
Hair Force One is a Brooklyn-based collective of queer kids with nice hair who want to spread the love, the fun, and the look. Over the course of four years, we found each other through friends, friends of friends, and the big, wide Internet. This year we finally found ourselves in the same city. It may have been the queer connection, it may have been the summer air, it may have been the five dollar beer-and-shot combo at Sweet Revenge, but whatever it was, the magic was instant. Besides general flyness, we found that something we all had in common was a penchant for cutting queer hair.
The next step seemed obvious: a pop-up barbershop, literally in our own backyard. Haircuts for an affordable price in a comfortable space with people you want to meet. It took the five of us four years to find each other — now you can find your crew in just one day.
